Components based on condensed milk, syrups, sugar and fat. The consistency is adjusted to the requirements of Contractors' production lines. It can be liquid and taffy, or dense and brittle. The products are used for filling both pralines and chocolate bars. They may contain alcohol up to 5% in the form of spirit or branded alcoholic products such as rum, Prosecco, Irish Cream or whisky. Flavour fillings are an easy and attractive way to diversify your confectionery range.
