Fruit filling for pralines, chocolate bars and sweets
Semi-finished products prepared on the basis of fruit purees and concentrates. The high extract guarantees microbiological safety and long shelf life of finished chocolate products. These additives can be added directly into chocolate shells, and also as a second layer on fat fillings. Being varied in taste and texture, they may contain fruit fragments of different sizes as well as mixtures of vitamins or herbs. We also compose unusual, original flavours for our clients' designs, for example: papaya, pomegranate, lime with yerba mate.
