Thermostable jam fillings

Universal in terms of filling applications, used both in industrial cake production and in doughnuts, croissants or yeast cakes produced in artisanal bakeries.

These products are prepared from fruit purées. Thermostable fillings are used to fill cakes before the baking process and they bake very well in cakes both on the surface and inside. The consistency of the fillings can be adjusted for dispensing directly from the tanks with a pump on the cake production line. The most popular flavours are: strawberry, cherry, raspberry, multifruit.
